Ok I've come to a decision. I'm going to get the zoomstorm PC (3rd link) it has an ssd and GPU is way better. I do have one final question though. Will I still be able to run x-plane at high settings with the i7 4790?

I have just been on amazon and found an even better PC compared to the other 2.http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/B00QKLC ... ref=plSrch#

I have chosen to have 16g ram 2tb HDD and windows 7. I finally have got a i74790k CPU and a gtx 970 combined!!! Cheers for all your help, I really appreciate it

I built my own few days back:

i7 4790K (not yet overclocked), ZOTAC AMP Omega GTX980, 8GB 1866MHz cas 10 ddr3, Linux 64bit

and it gives me 29-30 fps overflying KLAX scenery by MisterX with full or close to full rendering settings on most options other than cloud puffs which is at 35%.

My i7 is oc to 4.7ghz and I over clocked my GPU a bit too. Over new York, with nearly maxed out settings I get25-30 fps at night with rain, clouds, ect. Depending where I am I can get 25+fps or 35+ fps.
