Yes you can. It's in the order somewhere that it is their responsibility to coordinate a transition through any airspace you may pass through. If something happened to you once I bet the controller was too lazy to coordinate it or something and the local controller at whatever D you went through was upset maybe. They might have tried to blame you instead of correctly blaming the other radar controller.bbuckley wrote:Good to know. Thanks.

Maybe Orlando Approach is just busy with MCO and the entire region of students but they rarely coordinate a transition outside of the Bravo area while flight following, they usually just tell you either climb above or go around or contact tower.
