Ratings Roster Anomalies

Just been viewing the Ratings Roster, although my I-1 appears there, my V1 to V3 are no longer showing. Also I noticed that 151 have completed the 1-11, but only 27 have completed the I-3, 27 seems a very small number for one of the more basic of the I ratings?
If there are 151 I-11 passes, I would expect at least that at I-3?
Or am I missing something?

I have noticed that as I moved through the ratings my name was removed from the previous passed level to the next.

Names only list once and in the highest passed level.

Not sure if PE staff monitor if you are skipping ratings but I suspect that is the case.

You only appear on the rating list once--just for the rating you currently hold.
