After upgrading to 10.40, I found L22 (stock scenery) sitting on a plateau, while my KSNA (custom scenery) was now in a deep depression, completely surrounded by steep hills, with roads running over them. Obviously, there are going to be plenty of other problems if I've found these in an hour or so.
Anybody got any ideas before I start in the .org forums? In the meantime, Time Machine on my Mac has restored me to 10.36, thank goodness. BTW, the L22 problem was solved by removing an HD mesh (so just using LR's own mesh), but the KSNA problem showed up after I had removed the HD mesh.

Re: 10.40 scenery woes
Thanks Keith. I had always disabled "runways follow terrain contours" for PE. A very large proportion of my Custom Scenery relates to the area served by PE.
It turned out to be exactly the same bit of scenery - Edwards AFB (from a PE contributor) - that was causing the trouble for me. Deleted it. Updated to 10.40. All OK so far! Not sure if there will be any other issues, but we'll see.
In the meantime, thanks to the guys who worked this out, as it could have taken me hours to find it!
Also, Happy Birthday to PE. Pity about the server outage last night, but I could see that it was a tremendous evening after I had finally landed at Hawthorne (and spoke to you!).
