According to a map I saw somewhere this will cover pretty much the entire PE (original) area, including Vegas.

Hopefully most of their attention is getting the other scenery ready for P3D v3. I don't expect the freeware scenery, but the stuff I have already paid for should be at the top of the list.

I'll get it but the phototextures really seem over saturated... seems to be the thing nowadays.

LOLs...

I have X-Plane with the HDMesh v3 and it's a great comparison to FTX Global. If you add some photoscenery on top, it's great. It lacks the buildings and airports that the Orbx crew adds, but it's pretty cools nonetheless.

Side note: flew into KIDA (Idaho Falls) last night with blowing snow and low vis and X-Plane weather engine made it harrowing...

The scenery available for X-Plane is pretty good but you need to understand how the scenery layers work to make it look really good and I just don't.
