2 Com Radios

Post by raflyer »

Hello,
I know it has been mentioned in the past, has 2 com radio's support been added to the PE plugin for x-plane yet? I would love to be able to use both my radios during a flight

Thanks

Just checking. You are aware that COM2 can be used to check ATIS.

Umm , yea that is thru x-plane. Trivial task, See I have real radios so I want to use both just as they do in the real world. Co-pilot side working independently of the pilot's side. Comes in handy when making multiple freq changes and switching of crew responsibilities during a flight.

I've used COM2 frequently in the FJS 732 on PE. I usually set my COM2 radios for clearance delivery and ground, then switch to COM1 which has tower and departure preset.

I use both my radios to preset frequencies to where ever I am flying.

I believe raflyer is referring to receiving/transmitting on multiple radios simultaneously, which Keith has previously said will eventually be supported.

I'm getting the P3D V3 installer done, then I'll be releasing the new X-Plane plugin.
