What Does This Mean in the ODP

Hello,
I was wondering what do these numbers mean in the ODP?

TAKEOFF MINIMUMS: Rwy 7, 1000-2 or std. with a min.
climb of 310' per NM to 1700. Rwy 25, 600-2 or std.
with a min. climb of 280' per NM to 1200.

1000-2 = 1000ft ceiling with 2 mile vis if you're going to climb at the standard minimum climb gradient (200ft/nm), otherwise, standard takeoff minimums (1 mile vis for singles/twins, or 1/2 mile for aircraft with > 3 engines if memory serves) if you can utilize the higher climb gradient to the listed altitudes.
