Pilot Edge issue

I was wondering if any one else is having issues logging on to pilot edge through there simulator?

I just made a flight 8hrs ago. If you are seeking help, go ahead and provide everything you think we will need:
Do you get an error message? If so, what?
Sim and version
Operating system
What procedure are you using to log on?
Are you having issues connected or just no voice?
Have you followed the instructions on this page EXACTLY? http://www.pilotedge.net/pages/download-software

Etc...

KYLE,
I have made several flights in the past and a few days ago, never had an issue flying until this morning. I am unable to connect to voice through the pilotedge program and when I log on I am unable to file a flight plan.
This is the message I am getting trying to file on the website (Flight plan filing failed. The error has been logged and will be investigated by PilotEdge's development team.)

When I attempt to log on to the Pilotedge program through FSX this is the message I get ( An ERROR occured connecting to the Air Traffic Control server, The conneion was unexpectedley closed)

Yes I have followed the procedures outlined in the download page to resolve my issue.

FX 8350 4ghz
16GB RAM
GTX 960 FTW 4GB GPU
Windows 10 Home 64Bit
FSX up to date

The server was not available from a period late last night until this morning. This happened outside of the ATC operating hours.

Marvin,

As much as it would be convenient for me to say that the issue might have been on your end, it's far more likely that the server was unreachable this morning when you tried to reach it. I've found the root cause of the rare issue that caused the outage. Briefly, if a sim doesn't disconnect cleanly from the system, there are cases where the system doesn't clean up the connection and still tries to send traffic reports to that client. Eventually, the server runs low on memory and we start having service issues. This is what happened last night about 30 minutes before closing and got worse after the normal ATC operating hours.
