Controller today in the 3 PM PT time block was killing it. 16 pilots and near as I can tell he was the only guy on station for quite some time. Really well done, and more proof that PE is worth every penny.

as a brand new sub (as of today) I am already impressed, and terrified of the controllers on PE. They are calm cool, and on it, constantly. I have to say the biggest draw to be here is them, never mind my skillset getting better, the fact they are performing at the levels they do, makes ME want to up my game. They brush off our mistakes, with quick concise corrections and coaching as needed, handle quite a few of us in different areas at once and rarely seem to get "behind the curve" on the radios. Having spent 13 years in LE, I'm used to high speed comms and they have me rehearsing several times over just to make sure i'm on the level they are.
