An idea suggested by Tim Krajcar, and loosely based on the functionality at badbadweather.com, is now available on MyFlightRoute.com:
Storm Chaser
The concept is simple. Current weather is displayed for each of the PilotEdge controlled airports in a sortable table. This allows you to instantly locate the airport(s) with the most extreme weather. You can sort by visibility, wind speed, gusts, ceiling, temperature, dew point or flight category. Your selection can be based on ZLA, WUS or both. Of course, you can also use it to find the best weather in the coverage area, but that's just not as much fun.

Re: Storm Chaser
Hi,
I've re-subscribed to PE after a couple years away and I've discovered Storm Chaser on MyFlightRoute.com. I noted today that the weather is not current. it is ~24hrs old. Perhaps there's a malfunction today. Since I've not used it before I was curious is this always the case.
Thanks

It's fixed on the development site, now using PilotEdge's weather data. I'll update the link on the main site. The new page can be found here.
