Do the relevant CSL folders have to be dropped into the Jets/Helis/Props folders or does it not matter?
My folder structure looks like this...

When I load up at KAVX the drone heli's don't look anything like HD.

It does matter. It looks like you have it in the right place, but what's in your Bell407 folder? There should be a xsb_aircraft.txt file with another Bell407 folder one level below.
