FILING FLIGHT PLAN

I am now unable to see a "File Flight Plan" as an option in XPlane 11.32 when I select Plugins/Pilot Edge from the Plugins menu. The choices are now only Disconnect, and Preferences, with no File Flight Plan option shown. I understand I can file a flight plan from the PE home page, but it is curious that I was able to use the Plugins/Pilot Edge menu for filing my flight plan, for the past several months, and now it has changed. I also have a second computer, running the same (latest) version of XP11.32, and the File Flight Plan option DOES appear in the Plugins/Pilot Edge list of choices (Disconnect, Preferences, File Flight Plan). I wonder, where did that missing item go? This computer is running Win10; the other one that still has the File Flight Plan is Win8.1.
Anyone else have this problem?
