Where did our flight plans filing go???

What happened to our ability to upload our flight plans? This is a big step backwards. I do not want to do all this planning and then have to type in a flight plan. We could use our files created by PFPX/SimBrief, etc before; NOW we have to type these by hand with no upload ability any longer. What's up?
