Here's mine. I don't have a triple head projector either, so I use 3 virtual cockpit views in FSX and try to align them as best I can. It's part of my pre-flight checklist along with checking all the USB cables. My computer likes to disable devices sometimes. I've got most of what I need for learning, but in the future I'd like to set up a monitor just for the instruments.

Colin, I have a L shaped table like you but use only one side of it with the keyboard tray holding my yoke. I will be most interesting in knowing how you mounted the CH Yoke in the corner, I use the same one. PM or here would be most appreciated...cheers!!

Sure, that was quite the problem after switching to a thin desk. What I ended up doing was going to home depot and bought a small board that fits under the yoke, and some non-slip adhesive pads. I covered the bottom of the board with the pads so it wouldn't slide around on the glass and place the board across the corner, then mount the yoke. (The yoke is on top of the board, and the clamps are underneath the glass.)

Thanks for that info, I definitely understand what you are saying as that is how I had mine earlier but had to lower it due to the height. But that position looks more attractive than just the side, I am going to have to try it soon!!

Is that a Mac Mini I see on your desk? Is that your flight computer? I'm currently flying on a Mini and I'm curious how you're running the three monitors.

That is a Mac Mini, but I just use it for work. I have a PC powering the simulator, and the monitors are 2 DVI and 1 DisplayPort on a Radeon 5750. It works, though the side monitors are much less detailed in FSX.

I bet the V1000 hardware is little rare, I helped the developers of SIMAVIO interface the V1000 hardware with their FTS1000 sim, I was the first one to fly it.
And of course my IPAD 2 with ForeFlight.

I recently added some high quality GoFlight hardware to my home cockpit and WOW...it's amazing.

I feel like such a nerd saying it, but there's something about twisting knobs, flipping switches and pressing buttons that really enhances the experience. Within the next year or so, I'm planning to buy a new computer that will only be for flying and relocate the entire rig to a designated room in the house that is also...only for flying .
