At this point we expect the server to be down overnight, it should be operational before opening time tomorrow.

There was a dual server reboot (power related) that occurred around 9:30pm PST (12:30am EST). I was asleep and wasn't aware of it until this morning. Everything is operational now.
I will change the procedure to have the Controller in Charge call me immediately regarding a server outage.
