What does DER mean on DP description?

Gentlemen,

Below is the planned IFR flight from LSN to SQL.

1. What does DER mean?

2. Is the route below most likely to be accepted by ATC?

6.1.4 Departure End of Runway (DER). The end of runway declared available for the ground run of an aircraft departure.

as far as routes go what you have there is fine.

I did think about it but I decided on the longer one for a reason that I want to use VOR navigation. Thank you again. Cheers, AJ
