Thank you for helping complete all of the public ratings. I guess in a way this "Thank You" is for all my ratings from the V-1 until the I-9 I passed yesterday. I could not have done it without you. Some of you I am very familiar with and some I am not (my children might know you). The most recent is the man who respectfully told me I didn't quite cut the muster after my first I-9 attempt. He was respectful and did more than just say nix. He helped me via 123.45 to understand where I missed it and offered many suggestions to improve my next attempt. Well, it worked! On final to 25L @ KLAX I heard the words "Good job!" Man, did that feel good! I think it was the same one who failed me on the first attempt, but I am not sure. Regardless, I could not have done so well on this attempt without the care and patient instruction on my first.
So, whoever you are that have served the likes of N009BH (my V-1), N265K and N910CJ (my I-9) since last June, my heart-felt gratitude to you! Also, thanks to Keith Smith for his (literally) tireless efforts to produce what we at PE can enjoy.

Now, if the aforementioned Mr. Smith will open the door to my last two ratings, I will endeavor to make my IFR ratings an even dozen!
