Hey all. I decided to stream my first flight in a long time on PE earlier and didn't have many viewers, but I was mainly doing it to test my settings. The recording is viewable here http://www.twitch.tv/herkchief/b/371609705
It is over an hour long so I have compiled some highlights. I had some issues early on with displayig my iPad through a mirroring program and it didn't want to overlay on the stream. Also, I realize after watching that the FSX volume is a little high and have since corrected that issue so my soft spokenness gets overidden by the sim sounds at times. The PE sounds are loud enough though.
26:10 Fumbling with my GPS and not paying attention to airspeed and aircraft attitude..stall ensues
27:59 My Saitek panels froze up on me and failed
43:00 Controller gives me a descent to 5000 on the V283 (Minimum alt on that route is 8000)
44:00 I double check my low enroute chart and realize I am going to be too low, but I keep it to myself (whoops, lesson learned)
45:23 Controller must have realized his mistake and told me to climb up to 8000
46:20 I show the viewers on the chart why 5000 ft was wrong.
55:10 Base leg for ILS19R KSNA
57:18 Final 19R
58:15 Spot the runway
1:01:20 Short Final
I am glad I am back and thoroughly enjoyed my flight. I have learned a few lessons, PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR GAUGES!, learned how to tune radios through the GPS (was Saitek Panel dependent), and chart/altitude awareness and not being afraid to make a controller aware of a possible assigned altitude error. Hope you enjoy.

Mega scenery Southern California, the KSNA scenery is a freeware scenery, not sure where I picked it up.
