About this time the group of GA twins will be departing Yuma on an IFR cross-country.
Class D airspace extends to 5 miles from KNYL. There is a DME at the airport.

-EXTSV MILITARY JET OPNS FM 4000-3000 FT MSL DESCENDING TO 1700 FT MSL WITHIN 6 NM SW STRAIGHT-IN RY 03L & RY 03R & WITHIN 6 NM NE STRAIGHT-IN RY 21R & RY 21L.
