ASRS Callback - FMS Errors à la Mode

This month's ASRS Callback is dedicated to reported FMS errors. I particularly "like" the one where they were 600' low near the FAF, because neither pilot had the correct mode set on their display!

Anyway, lots of good lessons to be learned from this issue!
