I work for a company that manufactures wind turbines and develops wind farms. We have one on the side of a ridge in WV called Mt. Storm. This wind farm sits right at the intersection of several IFR and VFR military training routes, including VR1754. One of my co-workers who visits that site regularly says that they get jets doing maneuvers in and around the turbines, which are 255ft tall, with the blade tips topping out around 390ft AGL. Apparently if you're there at the right times, it's a constant airshow.

I need to visit that site some day...
