server status update

Over the past few weeks, I was able to track down a resource leak on the server. It was surprisingly complex to fix. Unfortunately, the fix introduced some new bugs that were even harder to track down and fix. Over the past two days, specifically, there were cases where controllers were losing comms with some or all of their aircraft. As of this morning, this is no longer an issue and everything is stable. All known stability issues are resolved.

Architecture changes are few and far between, I don't expect there to any destabilizing changes any time soon.
