Looking for a developer to code a simple plugin

I have a need for a simple plugin that i don't have the current experience to develop, I can however test and document it. It would be a paid assignment for a non-commercial product. I wanted to offer it here to the PE family before posting to the greater audience, people here have more of a "training" mindset.
