So I stumbled on this new VA completely by accident http://infinitecharters.net/. I think they have a fairly interesting idea. You can make your own flight routes you want to fly. FSE and other VA limit your ability to fly in certain areas or routes that you want to fly or have time for in my case.
With this system you can simply make your own flight and fly it--- then others can fly the route you created for then on. Looks like we could make a fairly significant network inside of just PE.
Anyway take a look and maybe it is something we can use in the PE area.
Note: I am not affiliated with this group in any way. I truly just stumbled on their site by accident.

I do not know the current state of this, but I know someone in the thread linked below was attempting to create a PE centered VA. Last post was from September so it might have died.

Yeah I was watching that one and seemed to go away. I have had zero time but when I do I am going to go make some logical ( at least I hope they are) flights on the system in The PE area. Some for pistons and some for the big boys. We can see if anyone is interested at that point.
An email I received said there are more features coming not sure what that means but a fun way to track some flights and play with something different for a while anyway.

"My" PE VA project to which your link points is still under construction, last post is from February actually.davidspreckeriii wrote:I do not know the current state of this, but I know someone in the thread linked below was attempting to create a PE centered VA. But as I wrote there, it might take some time to get this finished, because I have very little time to spend on this at the moment. The whole thing is a custom project based on Drupal, because I don't want to use the VA packages like phpVMS, VAfinancials etc. Not because I think they're not good, but I like the challenge of creating things from scratch (i.e. from the base provided by Drupal and it's modules).
But of course that doesn't mean that I think no one else should do a PE based VA! The more the better!

I've also joined and will give it a go. So can we use the call sign "Infinite" on Pilotedge?tngarner wrote:Yeah I was watching that one and seemed to go away. Of course. It would probably be a good idea to put a remark about it in your flight plan, though. Something in the remarks section like "callsign: Infinite"trigger_fsx wrote:I've also joined and will give it a go. No worries! I definitely understand about it taking time! I just didn't want your effort to go unnoticed as it looks like an awesome project and idea to get behind.Matthias Geiss wrote:"My" PE VA project to which your link points is still under construction, last post is from February actually.davidspreckeriii wrote:I do not know the current state of this, but I know someone in the thread linked below was attempting to create a PE centered VA.
