Everything went beautifully with this exam except my hardware throttle had a conflict and I had to use the Skyhawk's VC throttle, which was kind of clumsy...but I was able to manage ok.
I was given Ramona as a destination by the controller. This was a great flight because it was really IFR at times, with a sky full of clouds. Then when I got close to Ramona, the clouds cleared and I was able to make the visual approach to Rwy 27. Just lots of fun.
Thanks to all of the controllers that helped me and wished me good luck. It worked, because my luck was sweet.

Re: Passed I-04! How Sweet It Is
Thank you Kyle. I'm getting there, little by little.
I believe it may start getting hairy now. I've got to roll up my sleeves and start learning ODPs, SIDs and STARs and all that good stuff. I've also got to start getting a handle on understanding holds.
I also believe I'm going to have to park my Skyhawk and find something a little faster for the next test.
