Help Is Needed

I posted a question a few weeks ago and just got back in town and tried Pilot's Edge again......with no luck. I am receiving the controller on the correct frequency, but can't modulate to talk to the controller. I've tried everything and today my two weeks trial is up. I am anxious to get onboard and any additional solutions you may have would be great.
