Transmission issues...Please help!

Hello,

Ive followed all instructions and have set up everything correctly per documentation. I am able to connect and hear the transmissions, however, even after mapping the ptt key correctly and making sure my headsets mic is working correctly, I get the following issues,
1. Pressing the PTT key on my keyboard does not illuminate the TX sign on the PE box
2. I can hear but cant seem to be able to transmit.
I know my mic is working perfectly as I use it in VATSIM no problem. Ive gone through all the threads in this forum and have not been able to find a solution.

Any advise would be greatly appreciated!

It's likely that you are running your sim as Administrator, in which case you must also run PilotEdge as Administrator, otherwise the PTT keypress is swallowed by the sim and never seen by PilotEdge (hence, the PTT won't work). This is outlined in the installation documentation.
