Repeating back clearance?

Post by djrisc »

So I'm studying for my V-02 cert. (I'm going to give it a practice run today.)

In the transcript there is no repeating of the clearance information, is this normal? Do you normally read back the data clearance gives you?

Thanks!

Hi Brett,

This was an error introduced during a recent edit (where we changed it from a call to ground to a call to delivery). I'll get it fixed. Yes, you should read back headings, altitudes, squawk codes, etc.

Fixed. Changed the departure frequency to the tower, too.

Thanks for the quick response! I figured that was the case, I just wanted to confirm I wasn't being overly verbose. :)
