Dang!! My conspiracy theory is losing credibility by the minute.
Wait a minute. Maybe Keith found a hack to control those settings too..?! It's a madhouse I tell you. A madhouse.
demo of failures and custom ATC

-Cyrus Kapadia. A few RW hours in a C172, then a 15 year hiatus. Joined PE in Dec'12, then took a break. Now I'm back, learning fast and loving it. If I'm on, it's usually between 22h and midnight EST with Baron 258E, Skyhawk 176CM or Learjet 66L.

A great idea i guess!
How often do you indend to use the failures on the ordinary pilots who just fly-the-evening?

Nothing's going to happen to any retail customers unless they have opted in for failures, should this feature ever become available for retail subscriptions. The frequency of failures hasn't yet been determined.

Re: demo of failures and custom ATC
...but in general, I think a frequency of no more than nine per flight is reasonable, with not more than three serious failures below 250' AGL after departure, and no more than two complete electrical system failures during IMC approaches to minimums. Except maybe on full moons, where it could be worse.
