Re: A350 Radio Problems
Well it reads zero after I've connected ground power and even when I turn on the APU. I'm presuming it would continue to do so as the radios still don't work even when I fire up the engines

Re: A350 Radio Problems
Whereas if you do NOT start cold and dark, I assume it reads a happy value?

Re: A350 Radio Problems
very good, that's the answer, then. they probably have a custom electrical system and this is a bug. it's not setting the voltage properly.

Re: A350 Radio Problems
So should I inform flight factor of the bug and see if they can fix it?

Re: A350 Radio Problems
Yes, you can show them how the dataref is set when you load it with engines running, then show them what it's set to after a cold and dark start with everything fully running. Let them know that it's rendering your radios inop on PilotEdge.

Re: A350 Radio Problems
I worked with Roman (the author of the airplane) and he showed me the custom datarefs they're using for the various buses. I've built a new version of the plugin to detect his dataref and use that instead of the generic bus_voltage dataref. If anyone wants to give it a try, let me know.
