1) takeoff
2) landing
3) bravo airspace
"Overthinking" is definitely a problem I'm guilty of when learning this stuff.
Taxi instructions have confused me a long time because they tell you where to taxi, then tell you the route, but after that they throw the "cross runway 25" at the end, which really I used to think belonged in the middle of the message ?! Well nope.
The only trap I can think of for you is this. Same airport (KSBA) if you were to request taxiing instructions to the active runway 25 should the winds favor it on that day, the controller can only legally clear you to cross one runway at a time. The message would sound something like: Cessna 3Alpha Bravo, taxi via Hotel cross runway 15R and hold short of runway 15L. Then when you clear 15R you would expect the controller to finish the taxi instruction including the crossing clearance for 15L.

There is an exception to this rule. Multiple runway crossings can be issued if the taxi distance between runway centerlines is 1300 feet or less. The 15's at KSBA are a perfect example of where a multiple runway crossing clearance can be given.
Aircraft must receive a clearance for each runway their route crosses. An aircraft must have crossed a previous runway before another runway crossing clearance may be issued. At those airports where the taxi distance between runway centerlines is 1,300 feet or less, multiple runway crossings may be issued with a single clearance.
